You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live). One account per person. Keep your sign-in secure — you are responsible for activity on your account. Yoomi grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app; you may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or automate access to it.
You keep ownership of everything you write and upload. You grant Yoomi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store and display it inside the app so other members can discover it. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained in moderation records as described in the Privacy Policy.
The following are prohibited anywhere in Yoomi, including voice rooms: harassment, stalking, threats, hate speech, sexual content, nudity, any content involving minors, solicitation or prostitution, drugs, weapons, gambling, fraud, phishing, impersonation, spam, and sharing anyone\u2019s private information. Yoomi has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content that breaks these rules is removed and the account may be banned without notice.
You can report and block from any piece of content, profile, chat, or voice room seat. Every report is reviewed by a person within 24 hours; those involving harm to a person or a minor are prioritised. We may remove content, restrict features, or permanently ban accounts. Serious cases involving minors are referred to the relevant authorities.
Coins are a consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. They have two uses: buying Boost for a bottle you threw, which gives it priority exposure while active, and sending a gift in a live room. Both are optional and no feature, room or stream is locked behind them. Coins cannot be cashed out, transferred or withdrawn, have no expiry date, and are forfeited if you delete your account. A gift carries no cash value for the recipient and cannot be converted back into money. Refunds are handled by Apple.
You may stop using Yoomi and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms. Provisions on content licences already granted, liability and dispute resolution survive termination.
Yoomi is provided "as is". We do not screen every member and we cannot guarantee anyone\u2019s identity or intentions — use your judgement, never send money to someone you met here, and never share financial details. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
We will notify you in the app before material changes take effect. Continuing to use Yoomi after that constitutes acceptance. Questions: yoomi@gmail.com.
The short version: write like a person, treat people like people
A note is worth reading when it is specific. "Looking for friends" tells nobody anything; "walking at night is the only time the city feels quiet enough to think" starts a conversation.
When you find a shared vibe you get one message. If they do not reply, that is an answer. Repeated unwanted contact is harassment and we treat it that way.
Argue the question, not the person. Do not record other people. Do not ask anyone to move the conversation off Yoomi.
Yours or anyone else\u2019s: addresses, workplaces, phone numbers, financial details, screenshots of private chats.
Yoomi is 18+. Sexual content and nudity are not allowed anywhere in the app, and any content involving minors is removed and reported to the authorities.
Nobody on Yoomi should be asking you for money, gifts, crypto or bank details. Report it immediately — this is the most common shape a scam takes on social apps.
Tap \u00b7\u00b7\u00b7 on any post, profile or chat, or tap a seat in a voice room, then choose Report. You can block in the same step. A person reviews every report within 24 hours.

お客様が書き込み、アップロード、録音された内容については、お客様が責任を負います。投稿にあたり、当該内容を共有する権利を有していることを表明していただきます。お客様はご自身のコンテンツの権利を保持されますが、アプリ内で他の会員に表示するために必要な範囲で、当社に利用を許諾いただきます。
以下を厳に禁止いたします：嫌がらせ、脅迫、つきまとい、集団での攻撃。ヌード、性的な内容、性的な勧誘。未成年者を性的に扱う内容。差別的発言、暴力の扇動。スパム、宣伝、反復投稿。なりすまし、年齢の偽装。薬物、武器、詐欺、その他違法な内容。金銭・ギフト・暗号資産・銀行口座情報の要求。違反する内容は削除し、アカウントは停止または削除いたします。
すべての投稿・プロフィール・チャット・瓶・ルームの席・ライブルームに報告の入口がございます。報告は 24 時間以内に人の目で確認いたします。ブロックすると相手の投稿はフィードに表示されなくなり、連絡も届かなくなります。ブロックしたことが相手に通知されることはございません。
コインは消耗型のアプリ内課金であり、Apple が処理いたします。用途は 2 つ、お客様が流した瓶をブーストしてより多くの方に表示すること、およびライブルームでギフトを贈ることでございます。いずれも任意であり、コインによって機能・ルーム・配信が制限されることはございません。コインの換金・譲渡・出金はできず、有効期限はなく、アカウントを削除された場合は失効いたします。受け取られたギフトに換金価値はなく、現金に戻すことはできません。返金は Apple が対応いたします。
お客様はいつでもアプリ内でアカウントを削除できます。当社は、本規約に違反したアカウントを予告なく停止または削除する場合がございます。停止後も、お客様にはデータの削除を求める権利と、異議を申し立てる権利がございます。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。会員が投稿した内容の正確性について保証いたしません。適用法令が許容する最大限の範囲で、当社は間接損害について責任を負いません。本規約のいずれかの条項が無効とされた場合も、その他の条項は有効に存続いたします。

短く言えば：人として書き、人として接してください
Yoomi は書かれた言葉で動いております。ご自身の言葉でお書きください。コピー＆ペーストのスパム、宣伝、同一内容の繰り返し投稿は削除いたします。
お互いに共感した後、送れるあいさつは 1 通のみでございます。ご返信がなければ、それで終わりでございます。別のアカウントを作って接触を試みる行為は、嫌がらせとして扱います。
抽選された話題について話す場でございます。同席した方の容姿について述べる、連絡先を求める、ルーム外での面会を持ちかけるといった行為は禁止いたします。
住所、勤務先、電話番号、SNS のアカウント、身分証を共有しないでください。求められた場合は、その場で報告してください。
紙・カード・瓶・投稿・ボイスルーム・ライブ配信のいずれにおいても、ヌード、性的な内容、勧誘を禁止いたします。未成年者を性的に扱う内容は、直ちに削除し、関係機関へ通報いたします。
金銭、ギフト、暗号資産、銀行口座やクレジットカードの情報を求める行為を禁止いたします。投資話や副業の勧誘も同様でございます。こうした連絡を受けた場合は、応じずに報告してください。詐欺の最も多い形でございます。
投稿・プロフィール・チャットは右上の「···」から。ボイスルームでは相手の麦位（席）をタップしてください。理由を選び、必要であれば同じ画面でブロックもできます。報告は 24 時間以内に確認し、誰が報告したかを相手に伝えることはございません。
