Once you both resonate, one of you may send one greeting. Private messages open after a reply or mutual follow. A video call starts only when the other person accepts, and calls are never recorded.

Is Yoomi a dating app?
It is a social app for meeting people through shared interests. Nothing ranks people by looks and there is no swiping through faces.
Can anyone message me?
No. A chat opens only after you both resonate, and the first person gets exactly one greeting.
Where do room topics come from?
A curated pool. The host draws one at random to open a discussion round.
What can I buy?
Coins. Boost puts a bottle you threw into the priority display pool, where it is shown more prominently to members picking up bottles. Gifts are optional one-way appreciation inside a live stream or voice room — no private content, no private messaging, no ranking, and no cash-out. There is no subscription and nothing is paywalled.
